We are official stockists of Emporia Beds. All our Emporia Beds come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and are available for free UK delivery subject to delivery postcode area.
Emporia fabric and faux leather beds are delivered on a 2-7 working day delivery service, depending on your postcode area. Emporia solid oak beds and TV beds are delivered on 7-10 working day service, depending on your postcode area. We use UK Drivers delivery company for all Emporia bed orders. UK Drivers will contact you, our customer, prior to delivery in order to book in a delivery date. It is important that a valid contact number is entered during checkout in order for the delivery company to contact you and fulfil your delivery without any delays. Deliveries to our customers are usually anywhere between 8am-6pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify delivery time slots as the delivery is an all day delivery service.
Deliveries are weekdays only (excluding National Bank holidays). We do not offer Saturday delivery on any Emporia Beds.
Fabric and faux leather beds are delivered on a 2-7 working day delivery service, excluding the following postcodes: KW, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, FK, KY, G, EH, ML, KA, DG, TD, EX, PL, TR, TQ, LL, SY, LD, SA. These postcode areas are fulfilled on a 7-14 day delivery service.
Solid oak and TV beds are exempt from the 2-7 working day delivery service. Such products are usually delivered within 7-10 working days, depending on the customers delivery postcode area. If you reside in the below postcode areas your solid oak or TV bed will be delivered in 2-3 weeks: EG, G, KA, ML, TD, DG, TR, EX, PL, TQ, LL, SY, LD, SA.
*Unfortunately we are unable to deliver Emporia fabric, faux leather, solid oak or TV beds to the following postcode areas: BT, AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, KY, PH, ZE, or any islands surrounding the UK.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery to AB, FK, KW, IV, PA and PH postcode areas incur a delivery charge of £40.00, which will be automatically added during the checkout procedure.
On occasion your order may be part shipped from two separate locations, for example if you order multiple goods from a mix of brands which are held in different warehouses we operate within the UK. This may result in two deliveries. There may be other factors beyond our control which may result in goods being part shipped. We will always do our utmost to deliver goods within one delivery, however sometimes this is not physically possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The customer is responsible for ensuring they/ an appropriate adult is present at the property to take delivery. We recommend that customers check all packages for signs of damage prior to signing for their goods. If you suspect your goods to be damaged, please write *damaged* on the POD Signature/ paperwork and sign for the goods. In the unfortunate event of any goods being damaged on delivery, the customer should email us directly via email@example.com to advise which part(s) are damaged, providing photographic evidence and your order ref number and/ or delivery postcode, and BedSOS will then arrange for replacement parts to be shipped.
